The service

305 Shades Pro provides mobile window tinting for vehicles, homes, offices and boats. We travel to your location within the Miami area with a fully equipped van and install the film on site.

Bookings and confirmation

When you submit a booking on our site, you are requesting an appointment. Your booking is not final until we contact you to confirm the date, time and details. We will reach out by phone or email to confirm. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a booking when needed.

Service area and access

We serve the Miami, Florida area. You are responsible for providing a safe, legal and accessible place for us to work, including space for the vehicle or access to the windows, and electrical power when required. If we cannot safely complete the work on arrival, we may reschedule.

Pricing and payment

Final pricing depends on the vehicle or property, the film and the shade you choose, and is confirmed before the work begins. We do not take payments online through this website. Payment is made directly to our technician at the time of service by the methods we accept.

Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as far in advance as possible by phone or by replying to your confirmation email. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may affect future bookings.

Window tint laws

Window tint darkness is regulated by Florida law, and legal limits vary by window and vehicle type. We will advise you on legal shades, but you are responsible for choosing a shade and confirming it complies with the law for your use. We are not responsible for citations or penalties resulting from a shade you select against our advice.

Workmanship and warranty

We take pride in clean, bubble-free installation. Any warranty on the film and the installation is the warranty communicated to you at the time of service. To make a claim, contact us with your booking details and photos of the issue.

Customer property

You are responsible for removing valuables and personal items before service. While we work carefully, you confirm the vehicle or property is in suitable condition for tinting, including clean and undamaged glass.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 305 Shades Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or service. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including the logo, brand name, text, images and design, belongs to 305 Shades Pro or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

Privacy

Your use of our site and service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
